This included conducting exhaustive benchmarking of the most widely used competitor apps in the market, as well as gathering insights through user interviews, card sorting, and polls.

Having a well-defined process in place can certainly increase the chances of success, but it is not a guarantee. There are times when speed is more important, and being the first or early to market can make all the difference.

That being said, it is important to note that moving quickly does not mean cutting corners or sacrificing quality, products or services still need to meet customer needs. It is a delicate balance between speed and quality, but one that can be achieved through careful planning and execution.
